About This Session
Movement Foundations is a small group personal training programme designed to help you build confidence with strength training in a calm, supportive environment. This isn’t a class. Every session is fully coached, with exercises adapted to your level so you feel comfortable, supported, and clear on what you’re doing throughout. It’s ideal if you’re new to the gym, returning after some time away, or simply want to feel more confident with your training. How it works You’ll complete 6 coached sessions, which you can attend weekly and use within 8 weeks. This means you can start when you’re ready and don’t need to worry about missing sessions or falling behind if life gets busy. Each session includes all the key movement patterns; including squat, hinge, push, pull and core, with a slightly different focus each time. This helps you gradually build: • strength • balance and control • confidence with exercises and equipment • understanding of how to train safely What makes this different Movement Foundations is designed to feel calm, supportive and manageable. You won’t be expected to keep up with others or already know what you’re doing. Everything is coached, explained clearly, and adapted to you as an individual. Group sizes are kept small, so you’ll still get individual guidance, encouragement and adjustments throughout. Support beyond training You’ll also receive simple, practical guidance around training and nutrition, helping you feel more confident both in and out of the gym. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All bookings are made via the online booking system. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been made. As this is a small group personal training programme with limited spaces, booking in advance is required to secure your sessions. Cancellations & Missed Sessions A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used • Missed sessions (no-shows) will be counted as used Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to the group. Waitlist If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, it will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Illness & Exceptional Circumstances If you are unwell or something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible. While extensions or adjustments are not guaranteed, I will always aim to be fair and reasonable where possible.
