About This Session

Movement Progressions is the next step for those who have completed Movement Foundations and want to continue developing their strength, confidence and movement skills in a supportive coaching environment. You'll continue to be coached through key movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling and carrying, but with greater individualisation and progression based on your ability, goals and confidence. This isn't about becoming an athlete. It's about becoming more capable. More confident. More resilient. You'll learn how to challenge yourself safely, understand how to progress exercises, and continue building the strength and movement habits that support everyday life. Movement Progressions is designed for people who have completed Movement Foundations and are ready for the next step in their journey. You don't need to be fit. You don't need to be experienced. You simply need to be ready to keep moving forward. The Pathway Movement Foundations → Movement Progressions → Movement Collective Learn. Build. Belong.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All bookings are made via the online booking system. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been made. As this is a small group personal training programme with limited spaces, booking in advance is required to secure your sessions. Cancellations & Missed Sessions A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used • Missed sessions (no-shows) will be counted as used Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to the group. Waitlist If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, it will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Illness & Exceptional Circumstances If you are unwell or something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible. While extensions or adjustments are not guaranteed, I will always aim to be fair and reasonable where possible.
