Let’s build your strength and confidence together. Whether you're starting fresh or returning after a break, I’m here to help you move better in a way that actually fits your life, no extremes, just supportive progress.
The Mind & Movement Behind Your Growth
I’m Vicki Hall, a Movement & Strength Coach based in Norfolk. I help people build strength, move with more confidence, and feel better in their bodies through calm, supportive coaching that is designed for real life. My approach is not about extremes, quick fixes, or punishing workouts. It is about learning how to train well, building confidence gradually, and creating progress that lasts.
Ways to work with me
I offer a range of coaching options depending on the level of support, structure, and flexibility you need. From one to one Personal Training and Exercise Referral sessions to Hybrid Coaching, Online Coaching, and beginner friendly foundations programmes, every option is designed to help you build strength with more clarity and confidence.
Why Work With Me
I take a holistic approach to your growth. This means helping you build strength while considering your lifestyle, energy levels, and routine. With a background in Exercise Referral, I support a wide range of people through a calm, thoughtful, and individual approach that prioritizes your health and long-term well-being.
"Vicki was friendly, supportive and professional throughout. As a complete novice I didn't feel confident using a gym safely on my own. Vicki has given me the confidence to now do so"
Paula W
" I was stuck in a cycle, where I needed to build strength in my knees but everything I did was too painful. Vicki developed a programme, after an initial assessment, and I was astonished that I could build strength in my legs yet be completely pain free afterwards"
Alex L
"As a working mum herself, Vicki gets how important it is to use your time wisely. With only one hour week to train, I am stronger, healthier, happier, more confident, and yep a bit lighter too!"
