I’m Vicki Hall, a Movement & Strength Coach, and I help people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives.

I know that for many people, starting or returning to exercise can feel overwhelming. It is not just about knowing what to do, but feeling comfortable enough to begin and confident enough to keep going. That is why my coaching is built around support, simplicity, and real life.

I focus on helping you learn how to train well, build strength gradually, and develop confidence in your body without pressure or extremes. It is not about quick fixes or chasing perfection, but about creating progress that feels manageable and sustainable.

With over 19 years’ experience across health, fitness, education and wellbeing, my work sits at the intersection of people, behaviour and long term change. Alongside my coaching, I have experience working in education with young people, as well as holding sports coaching qualifications and delivering strength and conditioning sessions for young athletes. This has shaped my approach to coaching, with a strong emphasis on teaching, communication, and building confidence at every stage.

Alongside my general coaching, I offer an ADHD-informed approach for those who prefer a calmer, more structured way to exercise. As an Associate Practitioner with ADHD Norfolk, I incorporate strategies that support consistency, focus, and confidence, without pressure or overwhelm.

My coaching philosophy centres on building confidence, capability and consistency. I take an education-led approach to strength training, helping people understand what they are doing, feel comfortable in gym environments, and develop the confidence to train independently over time.

With a background in Exercise Referral, I am experienced in working with people who need a more tailored starting point, whether that is due to injury, health conditions, or a loss of confidence.

I am especially passionate about helping people who do not feel at home in typical gym environments, as well as supporting women through midlife to build strength, confidence and long term health. I also care deeply about setting positive, realistic examples around movement and wellbeing for the next generation.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: when people feel confident and supported, consistency follows, and long term results take care of themselves.

Build Strength and Confidence with Adaptive Fitness Coaching in Norfolk

Why I Do This Work

I know that movement and strength can change far more than just how your body looks. Done well, it can improve confidence, energy, resilience, independence, and the way you feel in your everyday life. My aim is to help people experience those benefits in a way that feels safe, realistic, and sustainable, whether they are complete beginners or rebuilding after setbacks.

My Approach

I believe strength training should feel accessible, purposeful, and supportive. For many people, the hardest part is not just the exercises themselves. It is knowing where to start, building confidence, and finding an approach that feels manageable in real life. That is why I coach with a focus on learning before load, confidence before intensity, and steady progress over quick fixes.
