1:1 Personal Training

Exercise Referral Sessions

Who it’s for: Those working safely around specific medical conditions or a history of injury.

What’s included: Specialist support and a clear structure for working effectively with your body's needs.

Hybrid Coaching

Who it’s for: Those who want a mix of hands-on technical sessions and flexible home/gym programming.

What’s included: A structured way to build strength with ongoing support — combining in-person coaching with a clear plan to follow between sessions.
Price: £149 per month 

Online Coaching

Who it’s for: Anyone looking for professional guidance, technical feedback, and a plan that goes wherever you do.

What’s included: Fully remote support with video form analysis, check-ins, and progressive programming via my app.
Price: £89 per month 

Structured Programming

Who it’s for: Independent trainees needing a focused, expert plan to follow in their own time and space.

What’s included: A progressive training programme built for your environment and equipment, with clear implementation guidance.

ADHD Informed Coaching

Who it’s for: Neurodivergent people wanting to build consistency and feel calmer in their body without gym-floor overwhelm.

What’s included: ADHD-informed coaching designed to help you stick with exercise and move with intention.

Movement Foundations 6 Week Programme 

  • Who it's for: Beginners looking for a realistic and structured entry point to strength training and nutrition 
  • What's included: A structured 6-week programme with either standard or ADHD-friendly small group sessions.
  • How do I book: Booking is online, using the calendar below.
    Price: £199 for 6 weeks
     

Not sure where to start?

If you are brand new, nervous, or want hands on support, start with 1 to 1 Personal Training.

If you would feel more comfortable starting in a small group, away from a traditional gym environment, Movement Foundations is a great first step.

If you feel overwhelmed by gyms or struggle with focus and consistency…You may benefit from ADHD-informed coaching. This can either be delivered through Movement Foundations or 1:1 sessions, with a calmer, more structured approach.

If you want a mix of in person coaching and structured independent training, choose Hybrid Coaching.

If you are happy training on your own but want a clear plan, go for Structured Programming.

If you have a health condition, injury history, or want a more supported starting point, begin with a Consultation and I will guide you from there.
