- Who it's for: Beginners looking for a realistic and structured entry point to strength training and nutrition
- What's included: A structured 6-week programme with either standard or ADHD-friendly small group sessions.

Price: £199 for 6 weeks
Not sure where to start?
If you are brand new, nervous, or want hands on support, start with 1 to 1 Personal Training.
If you would feel more comfortable starting in a small group, away from a traditional gym environment, Movement Foundations is a great first step.
If you feel overwhelmed by gyms or struggle with focus and consistency…You may benefit from ADHD-informed coaching. This can either be delivered through Movement Foundations or 1:1 sessions, with a calmer, more structured approach.
If you want a mix of in person coaching and structured independent training, choose Hybrid Coaching.
If you are happy training on your own but want a clear plan, go for Structured Programming.
If you have a health condition, injury history, or want a more supported starting point, begin with a Consultation and I will guide you from there.
